Welcome to Oro (the "App"). Please read these Terms of Use (the "Terms") carefully before using the App. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

The App provides tools related to compass heading, altitude, pressure, and sunrise/sunset including golden and blue hour information. Features may be updated or adjusted over time.

2. Eligibility and Compliance

• You must have the legal capacity to use the App. If you are a minor, you should use the App under the supervision and with the consent of a guardian.
• You agree to comply with applicable laws and these Terms when using the App.

3. Privacy and Data

We value your privacy and data security. The App does not collect personally identifiable information (PII) and processes data locally on your device for core functionality only. See our Privacy Policy for details.

4. Permissions and Device

• To enable core features, the App may require system permissions such as Location, Motion/Fitness, and Barometer. You may decline or revoke permissions at any time in system settings; certain features may not function without them.
• You understand and agree that to improve experience and accuracy, the App may optimize update frequency and algorithms locally on your device. No data is uploaded to servers.

5. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the App for any unlawful purposes or in any way that may disrupt the normal operation of the App.
• Do not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the App, except as permitted by law.
• Do not use the App to infringe upon the rights of others.

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its related contents (including but not limited to UI design, text, images, icons, and code) are owned by the developer or used under license. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use them for commercial purposes without written permission.

7. Third-Party Links

The App may provide links to third-party websites or services (e.g., the App Store page) for convenience. We are not responsible for third-party content or services. Please follow their terms and policies when visiting.

8. Disclaimer

• The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to data loss, device damage, or economic loss.

9. Changes and Termination

• We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in release notes or conspicuously in-app.
• If you do not agree to the updated Terms, please stop using and uninstall the App. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
